There are certain circumstances, which we are unable to guarantee service. We will always make every effort to clean in the best manner possible, but we cannot guarantee service under the following conditions:- NON-SOLID, LOOSE STOOL (DIARRHEA)
- MUDDY AREAS
- LANDSCAPING
- OVERGROWN GRASS OR WEEDS
With prior approval, there may be an extra charge for first cleanup service; $20.00 (and up) depending on circumstances.
